Double Scoop

Over the Summer one of our favorite pieces from the den was this sweet scalloped dress reminiscent of an awning you would see over an ice cream parlour.  We came to call it the parlour dress.  What better place to take this darling dress than on a trip to one of my fave local ice cream shoppes, Dairy Dream, located downtown Cobourg?  2 scoops of anything pink with sprinkles please!!

Flower Child

A few weeks back Jeannette hosted an evening of photography mini sessions at the beautiful Laveanne lavender fields just outside of Port Hope, Ontario. After shooting some sweet family portraits we couldn't resist snapping some style shots amongst the flowers. Such a beautiful and enchanting place.

Where You'll Find Me

Everyone has that one special place they retreat to when it all gets to be a bit too much. Some people escape into a good book, others may head to their fave local pub and grab a pint with friends. I head to the lake. It's where I park my car when I need to find some solace, where I wander when I feel like I'm lost, and it's where I've experienced some of the happiest moments of my life with the people that mean the most of me. It helps that I live in one of the most beautiful towns I've ever set my eyes on. Cobourg, Ontario has my heart.
